At Baltic Ventures, we believe in the power of bold ideas, the ability of startups to drive real change, and that incredible founders can come from anywhere and be anyone. That’s why we are thrilled to introduce the 15 incredible companies joining our 2025 Baltic Launchpad cohort.

Each of these startups is tackling industry-specific challenges with technology-driven solutions, from sustainability and financial inclusion to community engagement and AI-powered tools.

Rebecca Robinson, returning Lead Coach on this year’s programme, shares her enthusiasm:

“The launch of this new Baltic Launchpad cohort is an exciting milestone—not just because of the incredible mix of businesses, but because of the real, industry-specific challenges they’re tackling. These founders are bootstrapping, experimenting, and proving what’s possible with tech, and now we have the privilege of refining their ideas and ensuring they meet real market needs.”

Our Community Manager and Launchpad Programme Lead Becca Harvey said:

‘I am so excited for the second year of Launchpad. Each of the companies on this year’s programme were selected through a competitive process and inspired us with their determination, resilience, knowledge and passion. This year’s Launchpad cohort represents a diverse mix of industries, each with the potential to make a lasting impact. We’re excited to provide them with the resources, mentorship, and community they need to grow and thrive.”

A Programme Designed for Real Impact

The startups taking part in Launchpad 2025 are not just building products—they are addressing real challenges in sectors ranging from edtech and fintech to sustainability and social impact. Through Baltic Launchpad, these founders will have access to expert mentorship, industry connections, and the resources they need to refine their business models, scale efficiently, and bring their solutions to market successfully.

And being part of the second year of programme comes with its benefits, as we build on the success of last year’s programme:

“Launchpad 2025 is the second year of this programme, and we are excited to apply the learning from our inaugural programme to Launchpad 2025. We have made a few changes to the curriculum – such as a stronger focus on supporting founders demonstrate commercial traction, increased accountability, additional coaches and sessions, and better investor introductions” (Becca Harvey, Community Manager)

“We apply the same principles we teach – constantly evolving, taking feedback, and ensuring we deliver a best-in-class programme. Personally, this is a passion project for me. My research has focused on navigating the ‘Valley of Death’ in early-stage startups, and I’m deeply invested in the intersection of lean startup, business growth, resilience, and mindset. Baltic Ventures has an incredible ethos, and it’s a privilege to help bring this to life in a way that truly sets founders up for success.” (Rebecca Robinson, Lead Coach)

The next few months will be an exciting journey as these founders validate their solutions, iterate based on user feedback, and work toward sustainable growth. We can’t wait to see what they achieve. Stay tuned for updates as they progress through the programme!
