Baltic Ventures are thrilled to be supporting the Unstoppable Summit on the 28th February ’25 – a virtual event designed to provide female founders with access to educational resources, networks and capital they need to scale their startups.

Here at Baltic Ventures we are ardent champions and supporters of female founders; so when the opportunity arose to support the Unstoppable Summit, it felt like a perfect fit.

The summit is designed to connect female founders and most importantly equip them with actionable content needed to raise investment, scale sustainability and build a solid community of future female founders.

Ahead of the Summit we sat down with Jennifer Hoffman, self described “Hype Woman for Female Founders” and the Founder & CMO of Unstoppable:

Jen, please tell us a little bit about yourself and your background…

I am a CMO by background having spent nearly 20 years working across different aspects of marketing, with the last 15 or so focusing on the B2B SaaS sector and early stage, venture backed tech startups. I’ve always been very entrepreneurial minded and love building; brands, tech products, communities and high performing teams. I find something so rewarding in being able to bring an idea to life and scale it into an established, revenue generating business. I am a person person and a self-proclaimed super connector at heart. Previous teammates have often joked that any time someone mentioned needing anything, my reply would almost always be, ‘Oh I’ve got a guy who can help!’

As you know Baltic Ventures are thrilled to be supporting the Unstoppable Summit, can you tell us a little bit more about the event?

This event actually came out of sheer happenstance and a coincidence really. I met Tony Kula, a Berlin based Angel Investor who’s thesis is focused on early stage B2B SaaS startups, he was looking to invest in more female founded businesses for his portfolio. We got to chatting and one thing led to another and we were well on our way to building Unstoppable Founders Summit just a few weeks later.

Unstoppable Founders Summit is a half day, virtual event designed to provide female founders with access to educational resources, networks and capital they need to scale their startups. We’ve been very intentional on curating the speaker lineup and the agenda, focusing on two key areas; successful fundraising and sustainable growth. We also have a very inspiring final session, a fireside chat with Corinne Vigreux, Co-founder & CMO of TomTom. Rumor has it, Corinne was actually the first female tech Unicorn founder in Europe when TomTom went public on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange in 2005. Additional speakers we have the pleasure of joining us include; Ida Tin, Co-founder of Clue and mother of the term ‘femtech’, Monika Liikamaa, Co-founder of Enfuce, Alena Redeker, Investor at AUXXO, Sarah Antor, Founding Partner of Helena Capital and more.

I think one of the most unique aspects of the event is the actual platform and conference environment. It’s immersive and interactive, designed specifically for us on the Meetyoo platform, allowing us to bring almost all aspects of an in-person event to live in this virtual setting. Including a networking lounge, partner hub, matchmaking sessions, and even a digital photo booth! And unlike other virtual events, attendees have the abilities of directly connecting with one another, partners and speakers with live chat features.

Selfishly, we’ve built an event that I personally would love to attend from the environment, the speakers, the agenda, all the way down to our supporting partners.

We set out to have 500 female founders across Europe joining us, however we’ve nearly doubled that and coming up quickly on 1,000!

Your LinkedIn header calls you a “HypeWoman for Female Founders” can you share with our readers why you are so passionate about supporting female founders and building collaborative communities

It really started back in the end of 2023, when I launched the newsletter, Unstoppable Female Founders, mainly because I had really begun digging into the research on the funding gap for women building startups and it really angered me. At that time I wasn’t exactly sure what would evolve from it, but I knew I wanted to apply my experience and background to help support female founders and move the needle on the measly 2%.

When you start to unpack the reasons why this gap exists, you very quickly work out the systemic structures at play and the challenges women face when building startups. The enormity of the problem is massive and this is why I believe that closing the funding gap requires collaborative efforts across the entire startup and investment ecosystem. We need collaboration and actionable steps that can be directly implemented as a solution.

The Summit takes place on Friday 28th February, what can the community you’ve brought together expect next?

I’ve given you a lot of info about Unstoppable Founders Summit, however this is just the beginning of what we are working on at UNSTOPPABLE to further our mission of providing access to resources, networks and capital for female founders. We have big audacious goals for 2025 and we are just getting started!

Unstoppable Summit takes place online on the 28th February ’25. You can find out more about the event, and register for your free ticket here.
