Baltic Ventures Angels

Our angel syndicate invests once a year through a special purpose vehicle (SPV). We take care of all the legals and due diligence to keep the process simple and easy for our angels

The minimum investment required to join the Baltic Ventures Syndicate is £2,000 with the typical investment between £10,000 - £50,000

Angels invest on an annual basis. If you invest one year, there is no commitment to invest the same amount again in the following year

Baltic Ventures Accelerator programmes kick off annually every September and investments are made during the months of July and August, prior to the kick off

Each Baltic Ventures Accelerator cohort is made up of 8 - 12 companies that are typically selected from a pool of 200 - 300 applicants

Each angel in our syndicate invests equally in each of the companies that are accepted into that year's accelerator cohort. For example, if there are 10 companies that are offered a place on the Accelerator and an angel investor commits £50,000 to the syndicate, then that angel will invest £5,000 into each Accelerator cohort company

We use an Advanced Subscription Agreement when we make investments into the cohort companies
