January can mean a lot of different things to different people – some are hitting the gym, others are setting new goals or resolutions, and some might be enjoying a slower pace of life. But for the companies that took part in Accelerator 2024, there was one BIG thing to focus on – the Baltic Ventures annual Demo Day.
More than 300 people from across the UK’s tech ecosystem joined us at Liverpool’s Camp and Furnace to celebrate the achievements of the founders and companies on Accelerator 2024.
Over the last 4.5 months AppLatch, BeGenio, Black Goblin, DearBump, Decently, EdenFiftyOne, GoPlugable, MyOpNotes, Praxium, SoSquared and SumVivas have collectively taken part in hundreds of hours of coaching and masterclasses, engaged with investor support and networking, attended the Sifted Summit in London, braved the cold of November nights in Helsinki for Slush, fixed things, broken things, challenged assumptions, tested new ideas and so much more.
The Demo Day marked the culmination of the Accelerator programme and provided each of the companies the opportunity to share their business with hundreds of attendees made up of investors, ecosystem partners, founders and supporters. Each company had three minutes to pitch and they each did an exceptional job of communicating their businesses, their missions and their plans for the future.
The energy and enthusiasm in the room for what they are each building was culpable and there was a real sense of excitement for the opportunities available to founders in the Liverpool City Region and North West. But don’t just take our word for it….

So whilst the Demo Day may mark the end of the Accelerator 2024 programme, the support we offer the founders does not end.
We will continue to champion these companies and share more of their success and growth, so please do continue to follow along with all of their journeys.
